Just watched the Terry Pratchet program on bbc iplayer that was on last night about assisted suicide. It was very sad to watch and see a man with MND feel he needed to end his life before he got too far in the disease, also a man in his fortys with MS went to the same place.

I do believe you should have a right to choose but to regulate something like this must be very difficult. The place in switzerland was not where i would like to spend my last minutes!

I continue to feel hopeful of a breakthrough and will fight to hang around as long as i can and as long as im wanted. When i can no longer walk, talk, eat, etc i may have different feelings, for now im here and f*****g staying! (sorry for the language)

Had a little mess about doing a video the other day to raise awareness and promote my site. Looking at it now its prob not the best but not bad for a first go ;-) i may have more attempts later on if this does well. I have put it in my Photo's section if you wish to see it.

Had a great day yesterday at my nephews Zaks christening and first birthday, polly and i had the honour of being godparents ;-) it was a very good turn out with plenty family and friends there. I avoided having more than 1 beer cos i walk like ive had 15 pints anyway lol.
Off to Sheffield today for a drive with the inlaw (Dennis) while he collects some things from a relations.

Went with my dad and father inlaw to collect scooter from blackpool this morning and well pleased with it, basically its like new and still got warrenty till april 2012. So once we got back home dennis (inlaw) sorted a run up into my shed to keep it in then once he finished i decided go round my mum and dads on it, i felt quite embarrased driving round and got quite a few looks but i suppose i need to get uused to that. The scooter itself is great and handled the corners well at full speed ;-) a little bumpy at times but great to get out and about, oh and i struggled to get hollie off it lol she wants one!

Watched the new pirates film today, good but not as good as previous ones. Watching it in imax 3D was pretty cool though.
Going to blackpool in the morning to collect my scooter, wahoo, i'll be bombing round streets in no time! and at least i wont fall over after a pint or 2 :-)
My 2 younger cousins are doing a sponsered bike ride from Old Trafford to Anfield (32 miles) to raise money for our extension, i knew nothing about this untill last night. I am so gratefull for the help and support from my family and friends and also people i have never met.

Got a phone call today to go back for Day 1 of the trial, to say i'm over the moon is an understatement, so pleased to be in. I go back next wednesday at 9am.
I have been such a pain in arse for last few weeks with my mood up and down worrying if i will get on this or not.

Also i was the winning bidder on ebay of a Pride Go Go LX scooter :-) not exactley top of the range, offroading, 4x4, turbo charged thing but it will do lol. A massive thankyou has to go to my mum and dad for buying it for me.

And finally got Polly and me tickets for X Factor auditions, Polly is well made up cos Gary Barlow is a judge this year (loves him)
All in all a great day so im having a brandy or 2 :-p

Still on pins waiting for phone call to see if im on the trial or not! wish they would hurry up and put my mind at ease lol.

Got another sick note for a month yesterday, been told to rest more and not try to do too much (i think my working life is coming to an end). If i rest any more i'll be permanantly asleep haha.

Ive been trying to think of ways to get my website noticed more, especially as MND awareness week is coming up but really not sure of the best way to do it. I did think about a youtube video but there is quite a lot on as it is, plus im not the best speaker lol it would prob just be full of errrr's and moments of my mind going blank. It was on my mind so much last night that i supped a load of brandy and only crawled to bed at around half 2 in the morning!

Got a little upset this morning, i fell off kerb into road when leaving doctors! hurt my ankle, arm and hand, it took my dad and a passer by to pick me up. Its knocked me back a little and made me realise how weak my legs are getting.
