Its been a pretty boring day today and felt a bit fed up, i find it quite
difficult to do very little all day. Its times like this i get frustrated and
angry at little things i cant do! with my left hand getting weaker it frightens
me a little, i sit here thinking i could cope with one hand, please dont get as
bad as my right. The truth is its tough shit! I do feel fortunate that m
swallowing and eating ability is not yet affected, although using a fork in my
left hand is getting harder, ive given up using a knife. Feedind myself may very
soon be an issue, i dont want to even think about when i cant eat at all, i
would miss my beloved chicken madras too much lol.

Its been on the news that Peckforton Castle were polly and i got married has been badly damaged in a fire! a groom has been arrested on suspision of arson, supposedly had a dispute over the bill. Such a shame for a great place.

Everything has pretty much been ok, indigestion was pretty uncomfortable for first few days and also had a light headache all friday which wasnt too bad but i woke up saturday with it and was a little worse, took 1 pain killer and that sorted me out. Since then everythings been ok, hopefully it will continue that way.

Fathers Day was one i will never forget! Polly had got me tickets to watch Lee
Evans at The Place, which is a small venue in Telford. I have watched him a few
times but never somewhere so small, he is a true comedy legend.

Well when we arrived at the venue i sat down near the bar for a
drink while polly said she was going toilet, i could see her talking to a member
of staff but i just thought she was asking about were the toilets were. When she
came back we went to get our seats ready for it to start, but it seemed pollys
mind was elsewhere looking around the room, then all of a sudden she gets up and
walks off with this bloke! what the hells going on! a couple of mins later she
comes back with a big grin on her face, when i asked whats goin on she just
leaned over and said "were going meeting him back stage after show" WOW couldnt
believe it.
The show was hilarious, ive not laughed so much in a
long time, my stomach was killing me and tears rolling down my face, i loved it.
As soon as it finished we was asked to wait in our seats for a bit and once everyone had gone we were taken back stage to wait for him. After a short while he appeared and straight away started chatting away and reeling off more jokes. He was such a great bloke and really appreciated our feedback on what we had just watched, i was star struck lol couldnt believe it, a day i will never forget!

Here is a couple of pic's

There are some good things about being so ill, number 1 is getting opertunaties you may not have got otherwise!

Its been a busy few days with allsorts going on. One of the main things is trying to get the plans right for our extension, it seems to be coming along quite well, been in touch with local councellor who was great and gave us plenty of info too. The support from family, friends and even people i dont know has been fantastic, i cannot thank people enough.

Had my second full day on meds yesterday and the only thing i noticed was terrable indegestion. Besides that everything was fine. I did feel a bit shakey (well more than normal) but i put that down to being a bit anxious and reality of what i am doing kicking in.
Still got it a bit today but not as bad,  also had a call of Doc to say my pee sample shows an infection so been constantley drinking water.

Hollie came to stay for the night last night and made me a lovely fathers day card, the home made ones are always the best ;-) She's growing up so fast and getting very helpful around the house, maybe its to earn he spends for disneyland!

The worst part of last night was when Hollie and i were sat on settee watching cartoons i tried to get up and fell forward,  flat on my face! no major damage, just a sore wrist and nose. For me the worst thing about it was the embarrasment of Hollie seeing her super Dad fall like a baby learning its first steps and then rolling across the floor to get to something i can use to get off the floor! I was like a beetle stuck on my back, it wasnt great.

Started the trial yesterday after another full MOT. So pleased to get the opertunaty to be on trial, hopefully it will turn out to be something special! I also found out that its not a new drug as its actually used to treat parkinsons disease.
I am going to try catigorise my root along the trial seperate so when i need to look back i wont have to go through all other drivlle ive wrote lol.

Back to Fazakerley tomorrow for my second visit, hopefully returning with the trial medication :-) feeling a bit nervous already lol I think it will be long but interesting day! Fingers crossed i dont
