As it stands now my right hand can do almost nothing, it takes a lot of effort to raise my arm, lifting it over my head is very difficult. Left hand is getting greatly affected now, noticable weakness in fingers and whole arm. Right foot and leg getting considerably weaker, it sort of feels like my foots sticking to floor when walking. I bent my toe over a few weeks ago and it still not recovered, very sore. Finally noticing shortness of breath, especially when going upstaris or walking for quite a few minutes.
